Our Rewards Program

We appreciate every patient that registers on our store, and to show our appreciation we reward you for every purchase and engagement with our online store. Just register for an account on the store and you'll automatically be enrolled in our Rewards Program. Compare our program to any other rewards program out there, and you'll see that we offer you more savings and more flexibility!

Each point you earn is worth $1 to spend in online purchases from the store. Here's how you earn points:

• By registering for an account on our on-line store, you will automatically be enrolled in our Rewards Program and will start to earn points. Earn 1 point just for signing up!

• Earn 5% rewards back on every product purchase. That is, for each on-line purchase, earn 1 point for every $20 of your subtotal.

• Some cosmetic services may earn points, which will be issued by our office staff. Please contact our office for details or questions.

• Earn 2 points for signing up for our newsletter.

• Refer a friend to our store, and you'll get $10 in reward points for each friend who registers on our store and makes a purchase.

Your friend will get 10% off their first online purchase. Refer as many friends as you'd like and get 10 points for each one that purchases!

More great benefits:

• Points are awarded as soon as your order ships.

• The sky is the limit! There is no maximum number of points you can earn per purchase or in total.

• You can start using points as soon as you've earned your first point.

• You may use as few or as many points as you would like for each purchase, up to 50% of the total purchase.

• Points may be used on any item in our online store.

Other rules that apply:

• Points expire 1 year from the date they are earned.

• Points may only be used towards on-line purchases; they may not be used for in-office purchases.

• If you checkout as a Guest instead of a registered user, you forfeit the opportunity to earn rewards points from that purchase.

• Points may not be used towards gift cards.

• Points are only issued for products online. Points are not issued on services, gift card purchases or redemptions, sales tax or shipping charges.

• Some cosmetic services may earn points, which will be issued by our office staff. Please contact our office for details or questions.

• Points may only be redeemed for up to 50% of any given total purchase.

• If you return an order, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account.

• Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

• Points are non-transferrable.

• Points from multiple accounts may not be combined.

• We reserve the right to change the rules of the Rewards Program at any time.
